Book Review: Give Me More by Sara Cate
5/5⭐

Welcome to Give Me More, the third installment in Sara Cate's Salacious Players Club series!
After reading the first two books in this series (see Prasie and Eyes on Me), I was sure there was no way these characters could capture my heart the way the others did.
Boy, was I wrong!
From start to finish, this book had me in its grips, unable to set it down until I had every word branded into my mind, and forever in my soul.
Compared to the first two in this series, this book dives into a couple of deeper topics, specifically childhood abuse/neglect, as well as internalized homophobia.
I absolutely loved how Cate handled discussing these harrowing topics through her main characters, and how she was able to show that no matter the struggles you face, there are always people who love and support you through everything.
When I first started this book, MMC Hunter resonated with me. I felt his struggles personally, and it was incredible to love a character that I felt so similar to!
As I continued reading, I realized I could see pieces of myself in all three MCs.
I never find it difficult to pick a favorite MC, but Give Me More changed that for me. I loved Hunter, Drake, and Isabel equally, and saw my own struggles in each of them, which helped me form the solid connection I feel to this book.
Sara Cate has never disappointed me with her stories, and after reading this installment of The Salacious Players Club, I will continue to read all of her other works, because I believe it's important to support the authors who are able to create stories that resonate with each of us.
Happy Reading!
